If we’re the right fit, I’ll send over a tailored proposal based on your needs, a detailed contract, and an invoice to officially secure your date. Once your retainer is received, your date is locked in—and your planning journey begins.

We’ll begin with a deep-dive meeting and a custom pre-planning questionnaire to uncover your vision and values. I’ll map out a planning timeline with strategic checkpoints, creative sessions, and room to breathe—because even in a city as fast-paced as LA, your engagement should feel grounded.

Event Activation
You Show up. we'll handle the rest
On the day itself, you’ll be fully present with your people while I lead the vendor team and execute every detail—big or small. From candlelight setups to city-permitted timelines, I’ve got it covered. You get the celebration. My team and I will handle the orchestration.

Averi always made us feel supported, no matter the issue. Planning a wedding is inevitably stressful, and Averi was always incredibly responsive in trying to workshop a solution — whether that was over big things like invitation and wedding website options, or small things like sourcing ribbon for a flat lay.
